Our hearts and prayers go out to the people who have been affected by this unprecedented event. The health and safety of everyone in our community come first, and we wanted to share a few updates as they stand during this challenging and rapidly evolving situation

Protecting Our Staff, Customers, and Community
Supplemental to our daily disinfecting standards and in adherence to the CDC recommendations, we have implemented a strategic plan to protect our service providers and customers from the spread of disease.
Every morning, before work, all our service providers and support staff will have their temperature taken. Anyone whose temperature reads above 100.6 degrees will be sent home. We are sanitizing our vehicle interiors twice daily. We are disinfecting our office and rug spa daily and running air scrubbers at night.
We have given the authority to our service providers to go beyond our standard procedures for the appropriate level of PPE. You may see our service providers wearing face masks, respirators, gloves, shoe covers, and or full-body protective coveralls. It has always been our policy that after each job, all equipment and reusable PPE is sanitized. Additionally, it is standard never to reuse used towels or mop heads from one job to the next.
House Cleaning Customers
As usual, we will pay extra attention to disinfecting doorknobs, light switches, countertops, TV remotes, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, sinks, toilets, and all surfaces/floors that can be safely disinfected with Clorox Clean UP and or Antibacterial Soap.
Carpets, Rugs, Mattress, & Upholstery Cleaning Customers
The CDC says that 3% of hydrogen peroxide can inactivate most surface bacteria (including COVID-19) within eight minutes’ dwell time. The cleaning product we use and will continue to use for most fabric cleaning is a hydrogen peroxide (5%) plant-based product. Combining this with our purified steam rinse (212 degrees) and powerful truck-mount extraction it is within reason to say most if not all bacteria on your carpets, rugs, mattress or upholstery will be removed.
Air Duct Cleaning
The product used in air duct sanitizing and fogging is an EPA-approved antimicrobial used to kill COVID-19, and it is running very low. Therefore, we cannot guarantee product availability, and prices are subject to change.
